Crestview Meth Lab
Dismantled
During the course of a criminal investigation, Okaloosa County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to
303 Green Oak Drive
in Crestview. Deputies detected a
strong chemical odor and determined that the residence had a possible
methamphetamine lab. After consent
to enter the residence, deputies observed large quantities of matches, commonly
used in the manufacture of methamphetamine and a reddish staining on the ceiling
in the kitchen area and living room. The
reddish staining is commonly found in homes that use the read phosphorus method
of manufacturing methamphetamine.
The
Multi-Agency Drug Task Force responded and determined that methamphetamine was
being manufactured, stored, and distributed at and from the residence located at
303 Green Oak Drive
. A search warrant was executed at
the above named location and the following individuals were arrested: Gregory
Alan Totty, age 42 (07-29-63), Brandon
Scott Rowell, age 19 (10-10-85), Cheryl
Ann Wilson, age 39 (04-03-66), Dianna
Michelle Craig, age 31 (03-19-74), and John
Sherman Rakas, age 31 (10-14-73). All
individuals are charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine over 200 grams,
Trafficking in Ephedrine over 14 grams, and Conspiracy to Traffic in
Methamphetamine.
Wilson
is also being charged with Possession of Marijuana under 20 grams.
