SEXUAL
PREDATOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTIFICATION
The
Okaloosa County
Sheriff's Office is conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance
with the Public Safety Information 
Act
of 1997.
Chad
Christopher Richard
was recently released from jail and has registered with a new address of
Richard
is a white male, 32 years old (6-3-1973), five feet, seven inches tall, 127
pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with
a 1997 conviction in Brevard County of Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon. The
victim was an adult female.
