WEEKEND DRUG RAIDS SPARK MULTIPLE ARRESTS

    It was a busy weekend for the Narcotics Unit of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office. Four people face charges in connection with two search warrant raids on crack houses in the Sylvania Heights area.

    The Narcotics Unit and Posse Members first went to 227 Cypress Street , Apartment B, on Friday and seized cocaine, marijuana, MDMA (Ecstasy) and drug paraphernalia. The tenant, 53-year old Crantfer Pritchett is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a place of worship, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a place of worship, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and public nuisance/knowingly maintaining a crack house.

     Also arrested in that raid is 44-year old Lillie Penate, who is charged with possession of a counterfeit substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

     During a second search warrant Saturday at 114 Wayne Avenue in Fort Walton Beach , the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit seized cocaine and drug paraphernalia. 51-year old Jerry Morris is charged with possession of cocaine and knowingly maintaining a crack house, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. 23-year old Heather Clinch was arrested for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

     While on the scene, additional arrests were made on individuals wanted for outstanding warrants, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
