Fugitive Warrants Division Arrests Pennsylvania Suspect

            The Fugitive Warrants Division of the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrested an individual last night (Wednesday) that has been on the run for over two years.  Ricky Paul Turney (pictured left), age 41, was one of the Allegheny County Sheriff's top ten most wanted suspects.  Turney failed to appear for his parole hearing on charges of two counts Rape, one count Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, one count Unlawful Restraint, and one count Voluntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.   

            The Pennsylvania State Police developed information that Turney was in our area and contacted the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Warrants Division on November 28th.  Investigators conducted surveillance on the addresses they received and arrested Turney without incident at 1150 Airport Road, Apt 168 in Destin.  A second arrest was also made at the residence on Henry Paul Miller (pictured right), age 44.  Miller was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, less than 20 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Miller did accompany Turney from Pennsylvania to Florida .

            As of this morning, Turney and Miller are both at the Okaloosa County Jail.  Turney will be extradited back to Pennsylvania
