THREE MORE ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH OKALOOSA ISLAND STABBING

The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 19-year old in connection with the stabbing early Sunday of a Destin man. Kristopher Todd "K.T." Pursley,
no known address, is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

Investigators say Pursley intentionally cut 18-year old Dante Quinn in the throat with a box cutter style knife. It happened during a fight outside a home at 411 Cobia Avenue on Okaloosa Island, where Quinn and some friends had gathered to watch movies. Quinn is expected to survive.

Christopher Bedsole, who was at the scene with Pursley, was arrested Sunday and charged with being a principle to aggravated battery. Late Monday night investigators also charged another participant, 23-year old Christopher Langford of Defuniak Springs, with tampering with evidence and criminal mischief. They say Langford threw a beer bottle through the window of Quinn's car and also helped hide Bedsole's car when he knew deputies were searching for it.

In addition, 22-year old Sean Benjamin Wassner of Fort Walton Beach is now charged with accessory after the fact to aggravated battery and resisting an officer without violence. Deputies say Wassner told them he didn't know "K.T." or have any information about his whereabouts. They later found "K.T." hiding in Wassner's apartment, where he had been hiding from law enforcement.
