ONE DEAD AFTER STABBING IN SHALIMAR
One man is dead
and his sister is
in custody after an early morning stabbing in Shalimar. Deputies were called to
58 9th Avenue at approximately 1:00 a.m. this morning and
found a white male victim that had been stabbed twice. Investigators say 30-year
old Nichole Tamara Hewitt-Melikjanyan stabbed her brother, 24-year old Jessie
James McCloud, during an argument. Hewitt-Melikjanyan and McCloud were both
residing at 58 9th Avenue with other relatives at the time of the
altercation.
McCloud was
taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Hewitt-Melikjanyan
has been charged with an open count of murder.
