SHOOTING INVESTIGATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is
investigating a shooting which took place around 10 p.m. Sunday night at Oak
Dale Mobile Home Park in the Fort Walton Beach area.
Deputies responding to 820 Gibson Road found the victim sitting in a deck chair
in a neighbor's front yard. 21-year old Mikel Luster had been shot once in the
upper abdomen. Luster told deputies it happened in his trailer at Lot 29 while
he was asleep.
Luster was taken by helicopter to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
