The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has taken 37-year old Marvin Wilkins into custody. Wilkins was located by members of the Fugitive Warrants Unit around 9:15 a.m. this morning near the Brooks Bridge on Okaloosa Island.
Wilkins had active warrants for racketeering related to narcotics violations and the January murder of 18-year old Mark Williams of Crestview.
Additional details will be released later today.
