Xiaohong Ren
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested a Fort Walton Beach woman yesterday following an undercover investigation at Déjà vu Chinese Massage located at 114 Palmetto Avenue in Destin.
36-year old Xiaohong Ren is charged with felony practicing without a license and misdemeanor fraud and offering to commit prostitution. An investigator with the Department of Health was also present at the business with OCSO investigators and confirmed that Ren was not properly licensed as required by law.
