On 12/20/2024 members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, along with members of the Florida Highway Patrol Criminal Interdiction Unit, arrested 36-year-old Richard Earl Larkins Jr at 893 Hiawatha St., in Holt.
Larkins Jr. had active arrest warrants for the following charges:
Reckless Driving
Resisting Arrest Without Violence
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Fleeing and Eluding LEO (multiple counts)
Trafficking Methamphetamine
Possession of Marijuana not more than 20 grams
Possession of Drug Equipment
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department and Niceville Police Department.
