Members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, with the assistance of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Walton County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department and the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, today executed a residential search warrant at a home on Avenue De La Dauphine in Mary Esther.
It was obtained after investigators began an investigation involving persons using peer-to-peer software to download files of child pornography. 35-year-old Eric Miller is charged with 15 counts of possession of child pornography and more.
