The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Niceville area man on a charge of domestic violence related aggravated battery causing bodily harm.
Deputies were called to the Baywind Drive home of 47-year old suspect Ian Weisberg around 6:20 a.m. on July 3rd. They found the female victim with major swelling and bruising across her face and head, and what appeared to be blood coming out of an eyelid. She told deputies she was also pushed multiple times and thrown down by her hair.
Weisberg was taken into custody and booked into the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview.
