A Niceville man has been charged by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office with operating a public nuisance structure for drug activity.
The Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 195 College Cove in Niceville March 27th.
37-year old Eddie Hudson, Jr. was arrested on an additional charge of possession of drug equipment as well. Hudson admitted selling narcotics and allowing people to use drugs at his residence.
Nine people were inside when law enforcement arrived, including three juveniles.
37-year old Gabriel Johnson, 37-year old Haley Yount, and 46-year old Joshua Nelson face charges of possession of drug equipment. 28-year old Parker Stewart was charged with obstruction of law enforcement while executing a search warrant.
The Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is a partnership of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department, Fort Walton Beach Police Department, and Niceville Police Department focusing on combating the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics in our communities.
The Task Force wants to express its gratitude to the Niceville Police Department for its efforts on this case.
