Sang Tan Phan
Members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit have arrested a former Fort Walton Beach resident on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Investigators developed information that led to the controlled delivery of a parcel to 640 Crestview Avenue in Niceville December 16th. The parcel, picked up by 24-year old Sang Tan Phan, was intercepted and found to contain approximately twenty two (22) pounds of marijuana.
Phan’s last known address was 720 Hollywood Avenue in Ft. Walton Beach, He admitted the parcel was intended for him and that he uses the 640 Crestview Avenue address to have the packages shipped in.
