A man held a knife to a store clerk’s stomach during an armed robbery this morning at a convenience store at 656 Beal Parkway near Fort Walton Beach.
Luckily the clerk was not injured.
He says two young Hispanic males entered the 24/7 Quickmart around 5:30 a.m. and walked behind the counter with a knife.
The pair took cash and a change jar along with THC cartridges.
One was wearing a short sleeve shirt with cats and hats on it, two silver chains, black pants and black Vans-style shoes.
The second thief was wearing light or grey colored jeans, a black t-shirt and a camo style button up. He was also wearing a black hat that said “nah homie” in cursive. They left the store and headed north on Beal Parkway. An OCSO K9 track was conducted but the suspects were not located.
Anyone with information on the armed robbery is asked to contact the OCSO at 850.651.7400 or Emerald Coast Crimestoppers at 850.863.TIPS, emeraldcoastcrimestoppers.com, or via the P3 Tips mobile application.
